PAYMENT OPTIONS / PAYMENT SECURE We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover) and PayPal.
DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES AND DUTIES?
All product prices are displayed exclusive of all taxes and duties. All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means that items purchased outside Thailand may be required to pay additional taxes and duties upon arrival by the designated country customs department. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes for your order, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country and we will not be responsible for any duties and customs charges. Orders that are returned to us for unpaid duty tax will not be refunded.
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to dispatch your order. You will receive an email providing tracking information as soon as the order has been dispatched. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination.
Domestic Shipments (Thailand): Domestic orders will be shipped by thailand post. Once your order has been shipped, it may take 4-7 business days to arrive at your destination.
International Shipments: International orders will be shipped by DHL service. Delivery time depends on each destination. Once your order has been shipped, it may take up to 7-21 business days to arrive at your destination, excluding customs clearance.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at sales@alionel.com within 7 days following delivery. To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be in an unused state and in its original packaging. Accompanied by the appropriate sales receipt.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
All engraved or personalized items are non eligible for return. Items that show any signs of wear, or altered from its original condition in any way cannot be exchanged or returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@alionel.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days, if applicable. Please allow several business days to see the refund on your bank statement.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at sales@alionel.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
